Adolescent Behavioral Health Care
WellFully’s Adolescent Behavioral Health program provides group residential care for boys and girls, age 10-17, who have been abused and neglected and youth struggling with behavioral health challenges. Providing a home away from home, WellFully is here to help youth who need group care, respite, or crisis care.
The youth in this program receive educational support and build positive coping skills for life. Families are welcome and encouraged to be involved. The counselors at Wellspring are dedicated to giving families the tools to help their youth succeed.

WellFully’s programs and services are accredited by Joint Commission and the South Dakota Division of Behavioral Health. We are licensed by the South Dakota Department of Social Services and the South Dakota Department of Health.
